It has some tiny black hairs in the photo that come from the felt in the gem jar and are easily removed by blowing on it. It was recovered in Zapata, just outside of Ikabaru, near Santa Elena de Uairen in Venezuela. This nugget was recovered by Venezuelan miners who make their living recovering these gorgeous rare gold crystals in the jungle. The weight is 8.0 Grains (0.52 Grams).
