This unique gold in quartz specimen is 1.15" long x 3/4" wide x 1/2" thick. It is really unique. The host rock is a rough textured two color quartz/kaolin type of material. It has some pretty inclusions of gorgeous crystalline gold. It comes mounted in a plastic display case and is part of a collection of gold specimens from Tuolumne County in California.
